With Janice. Get "Whipped" into shape in this high intensity class! It's hard work has tons of sweat. (Bring a towel for this one!)

ZUMBA

with one of the top instructors, Jen Huberty! It's fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targetting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.

STEP & SCULPT

Basic step choreography with intervals of weight training. If you're looking to burn calories and define your muscles, this class is for you!

CARDIO-KICK-BOXING

Punch, kick and jab your way through
this cardio workout. Kickboxing can be easy to learn, with no complicated choreography. Come find out for yourself what the excitement is about.

PILATES

Pilates builds flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. Great for developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

SCULPT

Sculpt and condition your body by using a variety of equipment and exercises to target ALL muscle groups. AN EFFECTIVE WORKOUT FOR ALL LEVELS!

PURE STEP

Looking to burn fat? This high intensity/low impact workout will maximize fat burning, while shaping and defining muscles. Routines involve basic step patterns on and off the platform while learning choreography. STEP REEBOK uses Reebok terminology and advanced moves. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

BOOTY YOGA

High intensity work-out fuses yoga and dance circuits. ALL LEVELS.

ROPE-N-SCULPT

Advanced work-out incorporates intervals using heavy and light weight with segment of jumping rope.
BURN, BABY, BURN!

MEET ME AT THE BARRE

A low impact work-out designed to create a lean, strong, flexible body. Uses light weights (2 lbs).

YOGA

This class is designed to learn easy yoga moves with intervals of core strengthening.

FIERCE FUNK - NEW!

Combines "street" funk movements with contemporary hip hop. Class is Fierce Fun and Fantastic! HIGH ENGERGY! ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

PILATES PLUS - NEW!

A class for all fitness levels. It's the best of both worlds, a block of core pilates followed by yoga recovery poses. Class will focus on strength, relaxation and muscle definition.

Will focus on core strength and stability. Instructor will lead you through exercises that will help you to maintain perfect posture.

TABATA

Training is a high intensity interval training class.
This class follows a specific 20 second high intestity -
10 second rest format. ADVANCED LEVELS

BODY BAR

class works entire body using wighted bars.

ZUMBA TONING

Zumba using lightweight toning sticks. Class targets arms/abs and thighs. A fun way to sculpt your body.
ALL LEVELS!

 

Class Policies:

  1. NEW POLICY: Members must bring in your own towel! (gym etiquette)
  2. To preserve our floor, you must CARRY in aerobic shoes
  3. Arrive-on time. The warm-up is an important part of your class, and aids in the prevention of injury
  4. If you must arrive late, please warm-up before entering class
  5. Proper aerobic sneakers are required to ensure your safety
  6. Please use lockers to store belongings
  7. Annual locker rentals are available.
  8. Children are not allowed in the aerobics room. (Unless participating in class with a signed waiver).
  9. Food is not allowed in the aerobics room at any time!
  10. A water bottle (plastic) and towel is recommended.
  11. Please be aware of your fitness level. There are many classes to choose from. Inform your instructor of any medical
    Conditions you may have.
    * Classes that use weights (Body bars, Dumbbells, Etc.) Must be placed on mats.*

If Billerica Schools are closed, There will be NO a.m Aerobics Classes or Babysitting. However, Programs for the afternoon will be decided by Management. Please call for information regarding afternoon programs such as Aerobics and Babysitting. Thank You!
